Join our coffee tasting and roastery tour to explore the world of coffee. You will taste different coffees from different origins and learn how we at Tim Wendelboe highlight the natural flavours of coffee.

Introduction to Coffee

At our coffee tasting, you will receive an introduction to coffee and gain insight into the philosophy behind Tim Wendelboe, as well as how we work with coffee. 

This introduction will guide you through some of the key factors influencing coffee flavours: varieties, processing, and roasting. 

No prior knowledge or skills are required to take part in this course. Everything you need will be provided. The course is a fun and engaging experience, suitable for anyone who enjoys coffee.

Coffee Tasting and Roastery Tour

As part of the event, you will take part in a cupping session – a method of brewing and tasting coffee that allows us to closely analyse and compare its flavour, aroma, and mouthfeel.

The selection of coffees will vary throughout the year, depending on what we are currently roasting. 

We will also give you a tour of our roastery, where you will get an inside look at how we work. During the tour, we will guide you through the different steps of the roasting process.
