Can you introduce yourself, your company, and how you first heard about us?

My name is Martin Fjeld, and I run Ille Brød – a sourdough bakery in Oslo. We bake naturally leavened bread using locally grown, organic heritage grains.

I first heard about Tim Wendelboe during my student days, which was also when I really got into coffee. Some of my friends were very focused on quality, and Tim Wendelboe quickly became a favourite in our student flat – especially around the time student loans came in.

How long have you been using our coffee, and what do you enjoy most about working with us?

We have been serving Tim Wendelboe coffee since we opened our bakery in 2017.

For us, it was an easy choice from the start – your focus on quality is uncompromising, and we really appreciate your commitment to sustainability.

Do you have a favourite coffee from us?

From what we have had over the past year, the Karogoto really stood out. It had beautiful fruitiness and a bright, fresh acidity.
